For small businesses in North Carolina
A fast site. Real local SEO. $3,000 flat.
The big chains rank first on Google, fill their listings with photos, and show up before you do — not because their service is better, but because their site is. We close that gap for small NC businesses. Built fast, easy to update yourself, tied into your Google Business Profile so the right customers find you. One time, $3,000. No monthly fees. For context: most agencies charge $5,000 to $15,000 for the same fundamentals.
The mission.
We're Marc and Amy Lewis — a husband-and-wife team in Raleigh on a mission to give small businesses a real shot against bigger competitors.
Amy runs a local service business. I (Marc) work in marketing, branding, and strategy for home services, restaurants, and local firms — and build websites on the side because I love the work. Between us, we've felt every part of running a small business: making payroll, getting found on Google, competing with bigger shops who can outspend us ten to one.
We built this offer for the small businesses we'd want as neighbors. Real work, fair price, no monthly subscription trap. The kind of help we wish we'd had earlier.
What you get.
A fast site that loads under two seconds
Built clean, no bloat. About 70% of small-business searches happen on a phone — a site that hangs for five seconds loses customers before they see what you offer. Mine load fast even on bad rural cell signal.
Easy to update yourself
Change your hours, add a service, drop in a photo — in seconds, from your phone. No developer needed. Most owners can keep their site current without ever calling me back.
Excellent local SEO, done right
The technical work that actually moves the needle: schema markup, location signals, page structure, fast-loading pages. The same fundamentals the big chains pay agencies to do, built in from day one.
A serious boost to your Google Business Profile
I set it up if you don't have one, fix it if you do, and tie it to the new site. Categories, services, hours, photos, posts — the whole profile pulled into shape. This is what makes you show up first when someone searches near you.
The tools to compete with the big chains
The chains beat small shops on Google because they have agencies. They don't beat them on service. A real site closes the gap: customers find you first, then choose you because you're local, faster to call, and not a corporate hold queue.
A plain-English hand-off guide
When the site goes live, you get a one-page guide: how to update content, how to add a photo, how to log into your Google Business, what to do if anything breaks. Written for a busy owner, not a developer.
Three marketing ideas tailored to your business
Along with the hand-off, I send three concrete moves to keep the site working for you — specific to your business, not generic advice. Things like "add this kind of post to GBP weekly," "ask for a review after every job, here's the link," "list these three services as separate pages." Real, doable, no consulting fee.
Hosting, SSL, and the domain — first year on me
You walk away with a fully working site. After year one, you renew the domain and hosting yourself (about $200/year — I'll show you exactly how, no lock-in).
You own it — the site, the domain, the code
If you ever want to leave or take it elsewhere, I hand you everything with no drama. No subscription trap. No "platform" you can't escape. It's your business, it should be your site.

How it works.
20-minute kickoff call
You tell me what you do, who buys it, and what you wish customers understood. I take notes. No pitch.
I build the site
Draft the copy, design the pages, wire up the contact form, set up Google Business. You see a private link by end of week.
One round of revisions
You mark up what you'd change. I revise. We're aiming for done, not perfect-forever — you can keep editing yourself after launch.
Launch
Site goes live on your domain. Google Business connection finalized. I send you a one-page guide for keeping it updated. Done.
Amy and I work on these projects in the evenings and on weekends — that's why turnaround is two weeks, not two months. The whole thing runs by email and a quick FaceTime or phone call when we need one. No long Zoom meetings, no project-management software, no agency overhead. We take three new clients per quarter. After that, you go on a short waitlist.
What it isn't.
Not e-commerce
If you need a real online store with checkout, inventory, and shipping, that's a different conversation (and a different price). The $3,000 build is for businesses that take orders by phone, by form, or in person.
Not custom integrations
I'll wire up your contact form, your Google Business, your social links. I won't build you a custom CRM hookup or a bespoke API integration at this price.
Not unlimited revisions
One revision round is included. Beyond that we'd talk hourly. For most small business sites, one round is plenty.
Not an agency relationship
No account manager, no monthly retainer pressure. You get a working site, then you're free. If you want monthly help later, I have a separate retainer for that.
